November Highlights at Premier Storage & Premier FM
Community has always been at the heart of what we do, and this November was no exception. We were thrilled to announce our sponsorship of the Moorends-Thorne Marauders RLFC, a fantastic local team that inspires both on and off the pitch. Supporting local sports is something we value deeply, and we’re proud to back a team that contributes so much to our community.
We also wrapped up our Bennfield House Christmas Appeal, a project aimed at spreading festive cheer to residents and staff at the nursing home. Thanks to the generosity of everyone involved, we were able to deliver thoughtful gifts to brighten their holiday season. A heartfelt thank you to all who participated and helped make this initiative such a success.
On the project front, our teams have been hard at work delivering tailored solutions for our clients. At Premier Storage, we tackled a significant challenge for a leading food processing company by dismantling outdated racking and installing a new, fully protected system. This upgrade increased storage capacity, improved accessibility, and created a safer freezer environment. It’s always rewarding to see how the right solution can transform a space, and we look forward to sharing the full case study soon.
Meanwhile, Premier FM partnered with SMS to enhance their Bolton Training Academy, transforming it into a cutting-edge facility for solar panel training. The project included installing a realistic display roof with half-tile and half-slate sections, complete with live electrical connections to replicate real-world conditions. To complement this, we reconfigured the training area and created a modern classroom with high walls, decorative finishes, and a functional layout. This upgrade ensures SMS engineers have the tools and environment needed for top-tier renewable energy training.
November was also a significant month on social media, as we shared stories that matter to our team and community. For International Men’s Day, we celebrated the invaluable contributions of our team members Mark and Lewis while also highlighting the importance of men’s mental health and well-being. It was a chance to open conversations and remind everyone to support the men in their lives.
On Remembrance Day, we paid tribute to those who served and sacrificed for our freedom. Our heartfelt posts featured local landmarks like Thorne St. Nicholas Church and Thorne Park, beautifully adorned with poppies, offering a moment of reflection and gratitude.
As the festive season approaches, we want to remind our customers of a few key updates. Our Leak Diverter promotion ends on 31st December, so now is your last chance to take advantage of this offer and keep your workspace safe this winter.
For those placing orders, our last Christmas posting dates are fast approaching. To ensure delivery before Christmas, please order by 12th December for 3–5 day delivery or by 17th December for 48-hour delivery. Orders placed after these dates will arrive in January 2025, so be sure to plan ahead!
Finally, both Premier Storage and Premier FM will close for the holidays from 20th December and reopen on 6th January 2025. Our teams will celebrate the season together at our staff Christmas party on 13th December, and we look forward to starting the New Year refreshed and ready to serve you.
Thank you for your continued support throughout 2024. We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, and we look forward to an exciting and prosperous 2025 together!
