Meet The Premier Storage Team
Mark Jepson
Managing Director
With over 20 years working in the Industry, Mark decided to use his knowledge and expertise to his advantage and step out independently. Premier Storage and Office Solutions was born in 2007, resulting from a vision built over many years.
'I started my working life selling power tools before being 'spotted' by a Pallet Rack company, I was asked to join their sales team, and from there on, I didn't look back. After over ten years as an employee, I decided that the time was right to take the leap and set up my own business, realising an ambition of many years.
I started out working from my back bedroom on a home PC. After six months, I had outgrown the bedroom; I moved to a unit at West Moor Park, Armthorpe and took on my first staff member. From there, the business has continued to grow to the point we are today. I have a great team working with me, and I couldn't have reached the point I am at today without them.'
Sarah Jepson
Director
After supporting Mark in the background since the birth of the business, Sarah finally joined the company full-time.
'For the past 14 years, I have worked as a Civil Servant in benefit investigations. Mark has been asking me to join the company full-time for many years, but at the forefront of my mind was always that thought, can I work with my husband every day?
Well, here I am, and there is nothing to worry about; all is going great. As a mother and wife, I take great pride in my family and am proud of where the company is today, all thanks to the hard work and dedication of Mark and the team.'
Francesca Gormley
Sales Manager
Francesca is the sales manager in our project department. Francesca's job involves helping our clients maximise their storage space within their warehouse or office department.
Francesca enjoys on-site visits and meeting new and existing clients; she designs warehouse space and offers pallet racking, mezzanine floors, and office & industrial partitioning as storage solutions.
" My job role can be quite complex. A lot of drawing and planning is involved, but nothing is better than seeing the project complete from start to finish. Since I have been in my job role, I have overseen some of Premier Storage's largest projects, and it's been fantastic to be a part of it. As a company, we have grown considerably since I started in 2017, and I am excited to see where the future takes us!"
Staci Jones
Financial Administrator
Staci has worked alongside Mark since Premier Storage was born in 2007. She was responsible for creating our first online store, tirelessly working through the product catalogues and ensuring over 12000 products were available for our customers to buy online.
Always a happy and cheerful voice at the end of the telephone, Staci prides herself on ensuring our customers receive excellent service. Her product knowledge is second to none.
'I am a working mum with two boys and a little girl. I love being a mum, but I also love what I do at work - it's hard balancing the two, but I get great satisfaction from my job and from knowing that my customers are happy with the service I have provided.'

Lewis joined the team in 2019 and started in an apprenticeship role.
Lewis completed his apprenticeship and now has a permanent position at Premier Storage and Office Solutions. He is responsible for carrying out maintenance on all of our eCommerce platforms, as well as deploying and maintaining hardware and software.

Molly, Storm and Rogue
The Office Dogs
Team mascots Rogue, Molly and Storm are regulars at Premier Storage and Office Solutions.
Rogue is a Cocker Spaniel cross Whippet, the one in the middle. She is the baby of the family and is named Rogue for a good reason.
Molly and Storm are both Working Cocker Spaniels, Molly (the black and white one) is nine years old, and Storm (the black beauty) still thinks he's the baby of the family at seven years old.
Molly and Storm are keen Flyballers and spend their weekends touring the area in competitions or working hard training. Being Cocker Spaniels, it isn't easy to tire them out, they recently joined Mark and Sarah during their training for the National 3 Peaks Challenge, and even though they did about four times more than their humans, they could have still gone again.
