Some of our steps go through a 50,000 cycle test and this takes 4 days to complete, working day and night. To make this test even harder the step is also placed on an uneven surface, simulating a number of workplace environments. With this cycle, test weight is applied to a 3 inch square of a tread and the weight is applied in cycles to ensure durability over a length of time. All this means you can be assured of the quality of the product you will receive.

The Extra Heavy Duty test is a duplication of the durability test but with 350kg of weight applied which declares this certification.
