OPERATION
- The product must be positioned on level ground.
- Position the forks to the correct distance apart to locate them into fork pockets.
- Remove fork pocket heel pins from the access platform and drive forks into fork pockets.
- Insert fork pocket heel pins directly behind the heel of the fork and attach the safety lynch pin into the hole provided.
- The attachment is now ready for use.

STANDARD FEATURES
Following this, hinge the silver back guard of the unit into an upright position and fix the 4 (M12) Bolts supplied into the four
slotted holes. Fully tighten the bolts. This now ensures that the Access Platform is ready for use.
Operation
1. The product must be positioned on level ground.
2. Position the forks to the correct distance apart to locate them into fork pockets.
3. Remove fork pocket heel pins from the access platform and drive forks into fork pockets.
4. Insert fork pocket heel pins directly behind the heel of the fork and attach the safety lynch pin into the hole provided.
5. The attachment is now ready for use.
Maintenance
1. The access platform should be inspected weekly for the general condition with particular attention paid to:
A, All weld points
B, Wear & distortion of fork pockets and heel pin attachments.
C, Any damaged components
D, Lock & latches
2. General surface rusting, especially in critical areas, should be treated with proprietary inhibitors, primers and paint on a
regular basis.
3. All hinges, latches, and locks must be lightly greased.
4. Damage or failure must be reported or rectified immediately before the re-use of access platforms.
5. This product is certified for six (6) months from the date of manufacture, after which it is the customer, responsibility to have
the product was re-tested at an approved testing facility or inspected and logged in a register by a competent person as advised
by the HSE.
Health and Safety 1. The manager of the department or section where the attachment is to be used must be responsible for ensuring the
operators are fully conversant with the attachment, its operation, and maintenance and the heel pins are fitted correctly.
2. The width of the platform must not exceed the outside width over the truckload wheels by more than 250mm on either side.
3. The fork truck handbrake must be applied when elevating and lowering the access platform and when used at all times.
4. Ensure that the mast is kept in a vertical position.
5. Ensure that the Heel Pins are correctly inserted, retained and positioned about the heel of the fork before each use
and every use.
6. Always ensure the access platform's maximum load is not exceeded.
7. The fork truck driver must remain seated and in control while using the access platform.
8. The driver must ensure a slow, uniform pace is maintained, at ground level, whilst moving and positioning the access
platforms and keep clear of obstructions.
9. It is recommended that a safety harness is used at all times and that personnel attach themselves to the Platform via the harness
loop provided.
10. The access platform must not be re-positioned in an elevated position.
11. Keep hands and fingers clear of all moving parts to prevent trapping.

The Operator should ensure that the above product is used for the purpose that it has been designed,
tested and intended to do and no deviation from this occurs. If in doubt, consult your fork truck dealer or
approved attachment supplier.

Standard delivery is free on all orders to Mainland UK above £100 excluding VAT. Some exclusions apply
1-2 Day delivery is available on stock items only and, where available, charges for 1-2 Day delivery are calculated at checkout. Orders for 1-2 delivery need to be placed by 1:00pm unless otherwise stated.
Delivery dates are estimates only and the company shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any delay in delivery. In particular we shall not be liable for any matter which results from any act of God, war or riot, extreme weather, strikes or any other events which are beyond our control.
The company reserves the right to deliver Goods by installments, each installment being treated as a separate contract.
Goods will be delivered at the point most convenient to our carrier, usually the goods inwards department or reception on the ground floor. Further transfer or installation within the purchasers premises, particularly for large or heavy items, must be arranged prior to delivery and will be charged extra.
Goods are delivered by courier and a signature is required, if the courier is unable to make delivery a card will be left and the goods returned to the depot. Redelivery will usually be attempted on the next working day or arrangements can be made to collect the goods from the delivery depot. It is your responsibility to advise of any special delivery requirements at the time of order.
From time to time our shipping providers make an additional charge for delivery to some areas, for example Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands, in these cases we reserve the right to pass that additional cost on to our customer. We will make contact with you to obtain further payment to cover additional shipping costs, if you do not wish to make the additional payment a full refund will be offered and your order will be cancelled.
RETURN OF GOODS
In the unlikely event of you not being satisfied with any product, please contact us without delay.
Faulty Goods or Incorrect Item Received
Should the goods you receive be faulty or if we have delivered the wrong product you must inform us within 24 hours of receipt (or the next working day), we guarantee to accept return of such goods without charge.
Once we have received the goods at our premises a replacement will be dispatched to you.
Unwanted Goods
If you decide that you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us, in writing, within 7 working days of receipt.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
The goods must be returned in a completely resalable condition, in the original packaging, complete with all parts and accessories as supplied. For furniture items that are suppied in flat pack form, we may not be able to accept return if the item has been assembled.
It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods. Goods will be inspected before a refund is made. If the goods suffer damage or neglect whilst in your care a claim may be made.
You must decide before ordering if the goods are suitable for your needs.
We cannot accept return of goods that have been made to your particular specifications or manufactured to order as per below delivery status icons. If you are unsure please call 01302 300200.
For business customers returns may be subject to a handling/restocking charge not exceeding 25% of the net price of the goods.
